Usuarios Zator

It is available for download the version 5.8.0 of OrganiZator.  Recall that in www.zator.com/mUs/H6.htm you can get a detail on how to upgrade from previous versions.

* The new version represents a major step in the development schedule of OrganiZator. In addition to lead a review of minor inconsistencies in the user interface and bug correction, this version incorporate significant improvements in dBase, so we recommend upgrading to all users of previous versions.

* It has been incorporated a new field in dBase that we call Frame Holder (FH). Now, besides the Extended Data of each item, may be included a catalog of images or other resources -the kind of objects that are visible in the browser.- So, besides the other fields, may be attached photographs; Web pages; PDF documents and any other resources that are typically accessed in the Web. The resources shown in the FH may be external to the dBase (located anywhere, on the Intranet or in Internet) or internal, in which case they are stored in the Zator’s dBase. For example, a JPG image, a PDF document, Etc. The demo included with the installation contains several examples.

* It has improved the formatting of the Note/Memo fields of dBase. Along with the existing capacity of storing notes as plain text (without format), it is now possible to store, import and export these notes as formatted text (RTF), with the possibility of determining the character set (font); size and color of the text; background color; interlined and indentation.  Also is possible the use of underlining; bold; italic, etc. In addition to the above, it has included the ability of redo and undo movements in these fields.

* It has been eliminated an error who allow delete an item in the link’s windows (lower windows of dBase). When pressing the [Delete] key to delete the link, instead of remaining the item and delete the link, the item where removed. Now, the behavior is correct; according to the documentation, the link is erased but the item remains.

* Has been added the ability to qualify a previous anonymous link. In previous versions you could change the type of a link, or anonymous it -clear it’s type-, but once anonymous, could not be qualified again.

* It has been eliminated a problem of visibility in the Extended Data of dBase, presented when using a screens resolution of 1280×800 pixels. The application can be used with virtually all standard screen resolutions from 800×600 to 1440×900 and above.

* La nueva versión representa un paso importante en el plan de desarrollo de OrganiZator. Además de suponer un repaso y corrección de pequeñas inconsistencias y deficiencias en la interfaz de usuario, incorpora importantes mejoras en dBase, por lo que recomendamos la actualización a todos los usuarios de versiones anteriores.

* Se ha incorporado un nuevo campo en dBase al que denominamos Marco de Imágenes (MI).  Ahora, junto a los Datos Extendidos de cada ítem, pueden incluirse un catálogo de imágenes u otro tipo de recurso que sea visible en el navegador, de forma que pueden asociarse fotografías, páginas Web, documentos .PDF y cualquier otro recurso de los que típicamente son visibles en el Explorador Web (browser).   Los recursos mostrados en el MI pueden ser externos a la propia dBase  (situados en cualquier lugar de la Intranet o de Internet -URLs-) o internos, en cuyo caso son almacenados en la propia dBase de Zator. Por ejemplo, una imagen JPG, un documento PDF, Etc.  La dBase de demo que acompaña a la instalación incluye algunos ejemplos.

* Se ha mejorado la capacidad de formateo de los campos Nota/Memo de dBase.  Junto a la capacidad ya existente de almacenar notas como texto plano (sin formato), ahora es posible almacenar, importar y exportar dichas notas como texto formateado (.RTF) con posibilidad de determinar el juego de caracteres (font); tamaño y color del texto; color de fondo; interlineado y sangrado. Así como el empleo de subrayado, negrita, cursiva, etc.  Además de lo anterior, se ha incluido la posibilidad de rehacer (redo) después de deshacer (undo) los movimientos en dichos campos.

* Se ha eliminado un error que permitía borrar el ítem de un enlace (en las ventanas inferiores de enlaces en dBase).  Al pulsar [Delete], en vez de borrarse el enlace permaneciendo el ítem, se borraba el ítem.  Ahora el comportamiento es correcto -según la documentación-; se borra el enlace pero el ítem permanece.

* Se ha añadido la posibilidad de calificar un enlace anónimo previo.  En las versiones anteriores se podía cambiar el Tipo de un enlace, o anonimarlo -borrar el tipo-, pero una vez anonimado no podía volver a calificarse.

* Se ha eliminado un problema de visibilidad de los Datos Extendidos de dBase que se presentaba cuando se utilizaban pantallas con 1280×800 píxels de resolución.  La aplicación puede usarse con prácticamente todas las resoluciones estándar de pantalla desde 800×600 hasta 1440×900 y superiores.
